The History of Slavery/Racism

After reading the book The Help, we as a group were blown away by the inner-personal struggles of African Americans.  Racism and stereotypes are still prevelent in todays society, but back in the 1900s and beyond, slavery was an issue.  Minorities have often been on the recieving end of those that have power and status.  In this Prezi, we present to you the timeline of slavery, and the events that occured after it was abolished.
